DMCA policy and procedure

Through its website, Ultius, Inc. publishes content from both internal and external sources. We expend considerable energy to make sure that all of our content is unique. Our website follows the safe harbor provisions of 17 U.S.C. §512, otherwise known as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. In the event you believe your copyrighted material may have been infringed, please reference the policy and procedure listed below so that we may take the necessary steps to address your claim under the DMCA.

To file a notification with us if you believe your copyrighted material may have been infringed, you will need to send a written communication to our DMCA Agent that includes the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by your notification, a representative list of such works.

Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. Providing URLs in the body of your notice under this DMCA Policy and Procedure is the best way to help us locate content quickly.

A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by you or the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. Note that under Section 512(f) any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages and costs. Please don't make false claims.
